Effective date: 22 June 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Hala Habibi ("we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Hala Habibi Discord bot, the website at halahabibibot.com, and the web dashboard (together, the "Service"). By adding, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a server or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
Hala Habibi provides Discord community-management features including leveling, a virtual economy, mini-games, a collectible card feature, giveaways, moderation, logging, welcome messages, community tools, and a web dashboard. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable law; (b) abuse, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; (c) use the Service to harass, defraud, distribute malware, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or to post unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; (d) exploit bugs or use automation to gain unfair advantage in economy or card features; or (e) resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately, for the permissions they grant it, and for all content they create or distribute through it (for example, announcements, custom embeds, reaction-role messages, and Question-of-the-Day prompts). You represent that you have all rights necessary to any content you submit, and you are solely responsible for it. We are not responsible for content created by users or administrators.
Virtual currency, levels, collectible cards, and similar in-Service items have no real-world monetary value, are not your property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be modified, reset, or removed at any time. Trading or selling virtual items for real money is prohibited.
The Service, including its code, design, original artwork, card graphics, text, and branding, is owned by the operator and protected by intellectual-property laws. The Service uses only original or properly-licensed assets and does not incorporate third-party copyrighted images or trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.
The Service relies on third parties including Discord and PayPal. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or changes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will never be lost. You use the Service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) US$20. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Service (in whole or in part, for any server or user) at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risks, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity) will survive.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be indicated by updating the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, via an in-Service or community notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us to seek an informal, good-faith resolution. To the extent permitted by law, the courts of the operator's jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
